After 5 years with PLEX, eligible employees earn a 2-week paid sabbatical, which can be used for relaxing and pursuing personal or professional development, such as community service, educations, or reflecting on their career and life.
In addition to the paid sabbatical time off, employees will also receive a $5000 sabbatical bonus to help fund their travel and expenses.
